A 212-page guide by Sue Yen Wan — yoga educator since 1998 — mapping the 36 menopause symptoms to specific yogic, mindfulness, and lifestyle responses. Recognised by YogaPros for CPD. Hardcover signed by the author.
The average yoga teacher trained in a 200-hour or 500-hour programme that allocated, at most, an afternoon to women's health, and almost nothing to menopause specifically. Their studio fills with women in their 40s, 50s, 60s — and they're improvising. Hot flushes mid-class, joint changes, broken sleep, mood swings, anxiety, vertigo: 36 distinct symptoms, none of which appear in their training manual.
They know which pose helped a particular student last week. They do not know why, and they do not have a clinical map to plan around. Without a reference, menopause-aware teaching stays improvisational — and the teacher who serves the largest, most loyal segment of their membership stays under-equipped.
Sue Yen Wan walks through every one of the 36 recognised menopause symptoms — physical, cognitive, emotional — and pairs each with a structured set of yogic, mindfulness, and lifestyle interventions ("menohacks"). 212 pages, hardcover, designed for the studio bookshelf and the teacher's planning desk. Author-signed for YogaPros members at member pricing.

The membership of every serious yoga organisation skews older every year. Female yoga students aged 40–65 are now the largest, most loyal segment in the profession — and the segment with the loudest gap between what they need and what most teachers were trained to deliver. Within five years, menopause-aware teaching will be a stated competency expectation, the way trauma-informed and pregnancy-safe teaching became expected through the 2010s.
Triple Goddess Yoga is shown here as a Premium partner because the field needs a canonical reference, and Sue Yen Wan has produced one. The book is a planning tool, a continuing-education companion, and a credibility signal for any teacher serious about the demographic that increasingly defines the practice.
